Molecular Longevity Lab

Robotics and Artifical Intelligence for Life Span Analysis

In collaboration with the University of Washington Nathan Shock Center of Excellence in the Basic Biology of Aging, the Molecular Longevity Lab has developed robotics and computer vision for life span analysis in the rotifer Brachionus plicatilis. We are currently developing machine learning algorithims to automatically score the rotifer life span on a high-throughput system.
